Since being reestablished
as Hazelgreen Baptist in August 2003, we have a grown steadily with people of
all ages.
We actively support
several missionaries throughout the world, and we have ministries at the Manor
Care Nursing Home, children’s church on
Sunday mornings, and Kid's Club on Wednesday evenings.
In the time that we
have been at Hazelgreen, we have seen God work many miracles, and we trust that
God will continue to bless the church as we follow Him and His Word.

As you enter Hazelgreen Baptist Church,
expect to be warmly greeted by one of our ushers who are located in the
vestibule of the sanctuary. You'll notice that people from all walks of life
attend Hazelgreen. Families, senior citizens, children, and singles make up the
Hazelgreen Family and attend on any given Sunday.
A typical morning worship service lasts
an hour and fifteen minutes to an hour and a half. The main goal of Hazelgreen
is that our worship be Christ centered and glorifying to God. Therefore,
expect a morning worship service to include congregational singing, special
music, prayer, an offering intended for members, and a sermon. At Hazelgreen,
we believe that the Bible is the authoritative Word of God which is relevant to
every generation of people. Therefore, we make an effort to saturate every
aspect of worship with God's Word. As the worship service closes, a opportunity
to make a commitment to Jesus Christ is given and a last song is sung.
Although there is nothing like actually
being at Hazelgreen, we hope that this brief description will only be a prelude
