A Day of Remembrance and Dedication

“Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.” — Mark 16:15

On May 24th, 2026, Hazelgreen Baptist Church dedicated the old parsonage home that John C. Reed, Bobbie “Nanny” Reed, John R. Reed, and Sam Reed once lived in to the work of Jesus Christ and to the missionaries faithfully serving in the field. What was once an aging home became a testimony of God’s faithfulness, provision, and grace. This project was not completed without challenges. There were moments of uncertainty, obstacles to overcome, financial needs, physical labor, planning, cleanup, and many long hours invested by faithful helpers who gave their time, talents, prayers, and support. Through every trial, God continued to provide the right people, the needed resources, strength for the work, and encouragement to keep moving forward. By the grace of God, this project was accomplished.

We are deeply thankful for every person who played a part in helping bring this vision to completion. Our prayer is that this home will now serve as a place dedicated to ministry, missions, encouragement, hospitality, and the furtherance of the Gospel of Jesus Christ for years to come.

To God Be The Glory.

A Legacy of Faith

From the early days of Hazelgreen Baptist Church, to the growth of the church family, the renovation of the sanctuary, and the building of a future for generations to come. This video honors the faithful members who helped shape this ministry. God Bless.
