Whether you've been following Jesus for years, have recently placed your faith in Christ, or are simply exploring Christianity, we want to welcome you to Hazelgreen Baptist Church. We are grateful you're here.
Our desire is simple: to glorify God by faithfully preaching His Word, worshiping Him together, and loving people with the love of Christ. We are an independent Baptist church committed to teaching the Bible clearly, serving our community, and helping people grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
No matter where you are in life's journey, you'll find a friendly church family that is excited to meet you.
From the moment you arrive, you'll be greeted by friendly faces who are happy to help you find your way around. Whether you have questions, need help finding the nursery, or simply want someone to point you toward the sanctuary, our welcome team is here to assist you.
Our services are centered on God's Word. You'll experience congregational singing that exalts Christ, heartfelt fellowship, and practical, Bible-centered preaching designed to help you understand and apply Scripture to your daily life.
Our goal isn't to entertain—we gather to worship God together and encourage one another in our walk with Christ.
Hazelgreen Baptist Church is made up of people from many different backgrounds and stages of life. You'll find young families, children, teens, singles, and senior adults worshiping together as one church family.
We believe church is more than simply attending a service—it's building meaningful relationships, growing together in Christ, and serving one another with love.
You'll find people dressed in everything from business casual to suits and dresses. While we encourage dressing respectfully for worship, there is no dress code.
Please come as you are. We're far more interested in meeting you than what you're wearing.
We love having children at Hazelgreen Baptist Church!
Safe and caring nursery and children's ministries are available during many of our services, led by volunteers who are committed to providing a secure and welcoming environment.
If you have questions when you arrive, we'd be happy to help you find the appropriate classroom or answer any questions you may have.
Visiting a church for the first time can feel overwhelming, but we hope you'll feel right at home from the moment you arrive.
If there's anything we can do before your visit, please don't hesitate to reach out. We'd love the opportunity to answer your questions, pray with you, and welcome you personally.
We look forward to meeting you and worshiping the Lord together.
"So then you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God." — Ephesians 2:19 (NKJV)
